Dear Partners：In this vibrant season, we are welcoming a long-awaited company team-building event.
On Friday, August 23, 2024, let's temporarily set aside our busy work and dive into a team-building activity filled with joy and challenges.
For this team-building event, we have prepared a series of exciting and fun games. One such game is "Chopsticks Relay Race," where participants bite down on chopsticks and use them to balance and pass paper cups forward. Each team consists of 8 people and aims to transfer 8 cups. The team that transfers the cups the fastest with the most cups intact wins. This game tests everyone's communication, coordination, and time management skills, much like our work environment where only through close cooperation among departments can tasks be efficiently completed.
Another game is the "Grab the Item," where two people stand back-to-back. The host gives commands, and the two participants perform actions accordingly, such as raising their hands, lifting their feet, touching their clothes, touching their heads, and so on. When the host says "grab," the first one to grab the designated item wins. This game is not only fun and intense but also helps improve reaction speed.
"Balloon Stomping" is also a must-try. Each participant ties three balloons to their ankles and tries to stomp on others' balloons while protecting their own from being stomped. Although this game may seem simple, it actually cultivates participants' agility through individual or group confrontations and enhances cohesion and centralization within the collective.
The power of a team is boundless, just like in the "Chopsticks Relay Race," where participants need to fully trust their teammates. During this team-building event, we will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of teamwork and learn to trust, support, and achieve together.
